Sacramento, CA ---- With a recent legislative bill passed, the California Sires Stakes committee has approved pacing stallion owners from Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Maine and Alberta to register their stallions to the California Stakes program, starting with the 2017 breeding season.

To be eligible for the 2017 breeding season, pacing stallions must be nominated to the California Sires Stakes program by the extended date of April 1.

To obtain a registration form, you can go to www.chhaonline.com, e-mail csssc@chhaonline.com or contact Donna Newman at 916.919.7469.

Again, this is for pacing stallions only.
