Always B Miki, Marion Marauder move up in this week's Poll

Freehold, NJ --- Always B Miki and Marion Marauder each moved up two spots in this week’s Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll.

Always B Miki, who paced the fastest mile in harness racing history with a 1:46 triumph in Sunday's Allerage Farms Open Pace at Red Mile moved from fourth place to second, while Marion Marauder, who won the Kentucky Futurity at Red Mile and became the ninth horse to capture the Trotting Triple Crown, moved from fifth place to third.

Wiggle It Jiggleit continues to lead the poll with 316 points, 13 points better than Always B Miki and 49 points ahead of Marion Marauder.

Pure County is the lone newcomer in this week’s rankings, checking in at No. 9.

The Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll does not determine Horse of the Year. The U.S. Harness Writers Association votes in December on all division winners plus Trotter of the Year, Pacer of the Year and Horse of the Year.

Rankings based on the votes of harness racing media representatives on a 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 basis.
