Washington, PA---The Meadows Standardbred Owners Association has announced that it is donating $2,000 to the horsemen affected by the March 16 fire at the South Florida Training Center.

“It’s unfortunate that this situation has happened again, right on the heels of the fire in Ontario earlier this year,” said MSOA President Rich Gillock.  “It’s something you never want to hear, as we know all too well here at The Meadows, after our tragic fire years ago.  We know what our friends in Florida are going through, and we are happy to be able to send some assistance their way.”

Funds will be donated through the GoFundMe account set up by Michael Carter of the Post Time with Mike & Mike show.  The funds will then be sent to the Florida Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association for distribution to the affected horsemen.
