Saratoga Springs, NY --- There were plenty of longshots in the New York Sire Stakes on Wednesday night (Aug. 6) at Saratoga Casino and Raceway. The 2-year-old filly trotters were in town and comprised five $32,700 Sire Stakes divisions.

There was only one favorite who prevailed among stakes fillies on Wednesday as Pig Hunt (Conway Hall-Chippewa Street) scored a convincing win for driver George Brennan in 2:01.1 at odds of 1-5.
