Dover, DE --- Little Man Joe turned back eight rivals in 1:54.2 to at Dover Downs on Tuesday (Jan.28).

Little Man Joe (#3) edges Terror On My Side at the wire.

Corey Callahan rung up his first of two wins guiding Tina Clark’s Little Man Joe to victory in the $20,000 4&5-Year-Old Claiming Allowance pace. The Bobby Clark trainee, a Western Terror-Ain’t Given Up gelding, held off a strong stretch charge by Terror On My Side (Jonathan Roberts) for his first win of 2014. Ilikethemtrashy (Jim Morand) closed to pick up show money.

Traverse Seelster, last week’s winner, starts from the outside in the Wednesday feature, $20,000 Open/Handicap trot. 

Monday through Thursday post time is 4:30 p.m. There is no live racing on Friday and Saturday. Racing resumes on Sunday at 5:30 p.m.
