Lexington, KY --- Kentuckiana Stallion Management, along with Midland Acres, has announced that world champion and millionaire Manofmanymissions 3,1:52.1 ($1,215,000), by Yankee Glide out of Armbro Vanquish, by Garland Lobell, will stand the 2014 breeding season at Midland Acres, located in Bloomingburg, Ohio.
Kentuckiana Stallion Management will continue to serve as Syndicate Manager and, along with Midland Acres, will manage his breeding career.
Manofmanymissions retired to stud duty after a racing career as the fastest 2-year-old and second fastest 3-year-old son of the great Yankee Glide.
“Midland Acres is very proud to add Manofmanymissions to our stallion roster. The great racing state of Ohio is entering a new era with the expanded gaming. This will allow for greater purses, competitive sire stakes and new opportunities for breeders to compete on the Grand Circuit,” says Dr. John Mossbarger.
Manofmanymissions retired to stud having earned his 2-year-old world champion status of 1:53.2f at Pocono Downs in winning the 2010 Breeders Crown, shattering the prior five-eighths-mile mark by nearly two seconds. At 3, Manofmanymissions accumulated nine wins and earned $782,100, bringing his lifetime earnings to $1,215,000. During his 3-year-old campaign, Manofmanymissions established his lifetime mark of 1:52.1 and posted wins in the Dancer Memorial, Hambletonian elimination, NJSS final, Colonial Trot, Canadian Trotting Classic elimination, Kentucky Futurity (heat and race-off final) and Breeders Crown elimination.
The 2014 service fee for Manofmanymissions will be announced in the next few weeks.
