$1 play: 4, 7, 10 / 3, 6, 8 / 7, 9, 10 / 5, 6 = $54
Race 7: (10) Aliyah Maria paced a :54.4 final half, uncovered, and held well, finishing a clear third against a better field; can overcome 10 hole with aggressive handling. (7) Feel Like Dancing has been used hard in pace in last two; faces slightly lesser and is a threat to shake loose. (4) Thank You Doc has had tough spots in recent, gets a better spot against a field she can do so damage with and Oosting never seems to be out of a race.
Race 8: (8) Heartland Liberty has been chasing fast miles in recent, takes a key drop and can light up the board on best. (3) Brief's Boy finished strongly for place, rallying off a slow pace. Four-year-old is sharp and tough at this level. (6) Kholton's Rei had wide trip over a Canadian half-miler in last. Ships to Balmoral off four days rest for barn that has done well here in the past, has shown a nice closing kick over afive-eighth's track and is Oosting's choice over the three.
Race 9: (10) Hereiamcoolwater returns from Lexington where she was overmatched. Drew the 10hole but reunites with trainer-pilot who knows her best and looks to have a good shot if Curtin can get her into the race. (9) Schmatie is sharp and has been finishing well in fast miles. (7) Whatasweetflight had little shot at Hoosier in latest, returns to Balmoral gets Oosting and has displayed a powerful late kick at times. Chance at this level.
Race 10: (6) Zall Good returns off three days rest and a disappointing try in first start for new barn, brushing to the top and tiring late with no real excuse. Capable of better and can rebound in the finale. (5) Larry's Place was a strong come-from-behind winner from the eight hole. Powerful finisher is always a late threat at this level if he's close enough to the pace.
