Last week's results: Last Thursday I started something new, trying two tickets, one small and one large. However, with the opening of Harrah's Philadelphia and Pocono Downs, I'm not sure if this is the right time to continue with larger tickets. I'll continue the concept on nights where there are full fields but not every night. Thursday I missed one race and lost both tickets. On Friday both of my tickets won, my $54 ticket and my $300 ticket, and the return was $633.80. Saturday the fields were small so I just went for one $48 ticket and I only had three of the four. For the week my cost was $756 and my return was $633.80, a loss of $122.20.

$1 small play: 3457/35/49/47 = $32
$1 large play: 3457/234510/3489/2347 = $320

Analysis:

Race 7: This is a tough race so I'm using all four of my contenders, (3) Lilsharkshooter, (4) Pedro Island, (5) Blue Claw and (7) He's A Beachboy.

Race 8: On the small ticket I'll use (3) Four Starz Twins and (5) Manofleisuresuit, but these are the most obvious. I'll include three others on my large ticket.

Race 9: I picked (9) Ringside Lauryn here, a nice drop and driver change, but several others have a shot.

Race 10: They don't have enough horses now so the 12 horse mile and a sixteenth finale is out but we still get a nice field of 10. On the small ticket I used (4) Let's Go Higher, who should be tough off the drop, and (7) Look Annie Hall, another key drop. I think that Let's Go Higher is actually a potential single on some tickets, as she is in a nice spot here.
