Lemoyne, PA --- Pennsylvania Harness Horsemen's Association retirement plan participants are urged to visit www.pahha.com and click the link to check their membership status.

If your name is not listed, we have not received your membership application for the 2012 racing season. We must receive your application in person at our offices by the end of the year, or by mail postmarked no later than Dec. 31, for eligibility.

In order to remain eligible for retirement plan distributions, participants must complete and submit a new membership application each and every year. However, members do not need to submit a new retirement plan application every year. That is a one-time application. All forms are available online at www.pahha.com.
