Fair Haven, NJ—Harness Racing Update is reporting in the March 4 edition that St Elmo Hero has come down with a sore right rear hoof that will likely keep him out of action for a few weeks. The latest setback comes just days after he was scratched from the Cam Fella eliminations at Woodbine due to an illness.

“He’s a little sore right now and he’s not going to race for a couple of weeks,” trainer Chuck Eustis said. “He’s got a real bad hoof and he’s still a little sick.”
