Sam Lilly

Columbus, OH --- Sam Lilly, a Standardbred owner from Downers Grove, Ill., has been elected chairman of U.S. Trotting Association District 5 (Illinois) by the directors who represent that district. He replaces John Cisna, who died Nov. 4, as district chairman.

Lilly, who also publishes The Mid-America Standardbred and Harness News and is a marketing and human resources consultancy, will preside over the District 5 annual meeting when it convenes in Springfield, Ill. on Jan. 15.
